early December update!
So this past month I dropped out of an Art History class, turned 21, finished shooting the xSKx documentary, registered for a class at Brookdale Community College, and shopped from midnight til 9am on Black Friday.
I kinda celebrated my 21st three times:
I kinda celebrated my 21st three times:
1) I had to go back home to shoot xSKx footage so i stayed home to go out at Midnight on Sunday night (Monday the 13th) so I'd officially be 21. We decided it'd be really gay to go to Friday's, so we did...after killing a liter of bacardi in my room and listening to ladytron...
2) Hands and Knees on the 17th was a pretty sweet time.
3) We had a party on the 19th which got somewhat out of control pretty quickly. I know people had fun, so that's all that matters. My boss was even there! Josh Relkin sure had a good time...
So i'm gonna be in philly for like 10 more days, then go home and tutor a ninth grader in math over my whole break, also attending a WWII class at Brookdale starting on the second. I'm getting a Macbook Pro, and therefore kinda psyched. I'm going to be sitting in my living room watching Seinfeld a lot, so hit me up around Chanukah time.

fuck art
i got my first grade of the semester back in art history yesterday. it was also my lowest grade so far in my college career: a D-.
So i dropped that class, and am currently only taking 10 credits now. I'm gonna do one of those 2-week Brookdale classes in January to get some credits back and i'll need 15 to graduate.
Halloween was fun this year. Party on Sat was good and the haunted house at Eastern State Penitentiary was actually really funny and a good time for the three of us who actually went; Nick, Deanna, and I. There was also a lot of candy at work today, and probably a lot more where that came from for tomorrow.
This documentary that i'm shooting is going to be awesome. I've got a few hours of footage, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. It needs to be 10 minutes, but i can seriously turn it into a feature-length piece already.
It's going to be good. You're all fucked.
I'll try to start posting on here again.

update
My art history class sucks a lot. I can't wait for this semester to be over already. Next semester is my last one ever.
The Yankees were eliminated 2 weeks ago, then the Mets tonight.
I'm fucking pissed off about it.
I'm going home this weekend to relax.
Keep an eye out for my 20-minute xSKx documentary.

A month left of "Summer"
Working at Dunkin Donuts for 6+ weeks was a nightmare. I had given notice that Tuesday the 25th was my last day, but I walked out in the middle of my shift this past Tuesday (the 18th) for various reasons...
One of which includes the perks that the people at my internship have gotten me for my vacation. An innocent question to my supervisor has flourished into two-thirds of my vacation being paid for.
I went to a Yankee game with my dad; always a good time at that place, though everything is expensive. I'm going to two more Mets games this summer, one being in Philadelphia which should be fun.
In the meantime, I again have weekends, due to not having to work, which should give me time to do certain things I need to do, like bring my comforter to the laundromat.
Clerks 2 was funny but overall not so good.
Depeche Mode rules everything.
Two weeks left of interning.
Chicago on the 31st.
Get at me.

Queue.
It's been nearly a month, as i posted right as school ended, and a lot has happened. For instance, it had rained or looked like crap out for a solid 4 weeks, until a few days ago.
My internship has been gnarly, as stuff that I have worked on has aired on Good Day New York & LA, as well as on CNN. I've also met some people over at Bravo and CBS, to name a few, who I hope to network with in the near future.
And then I just got a job at Dunkin' Donuts which I started last week. Yeah. I smell like coffee, and so do my shoes. But that job is a lot harder than you'd think. At least I make tip money. And I'll only be there for about 8 weeks.
Other than that, summer has been moving along really quickly. I've been to Great Adventure, a Mets double-header in the rain, and to some exotic restaurants. and I can only hope that it gets more exciting from here on out. My sister and I plan on going to Chicago in July, and splurging by spending all of our tax return money on nice hotels and restaurants.
I got a Nintendo DS Lite, pretty much out of nowhere, because I felt like spending tax money on something.
Father's Day is coming up, and my dad deserves a big one this year.
